Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore

Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore

dairy-free/egg-free/gluten-free/soy-free

3 lbs. CHICKEN, cut into bite sized pieces
1 ONION, chopped
12 oz TOMATO PASTE
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, chopped
2 cloves GARLIC, minced
3 tablespoons OLIVE OIL
2 teaspoons OREGANO
1 teaspoon BASIL
1 teaspoon SALT
1 teaspoon RED PEPPER FLAKES
1/2 teaspoon CELERY POWDER
1/2 cup DRY WHITE WINE

1. Place the chopped onions in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add the chicken. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
3. Cook on low for 7 - 9 hours or on high for 3 - 4 hours. Serve over pasta or rice.
